How far in advance should I book event decor in Bangalore?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for balloon and stage setups, and four to six weeks for floral work on wedding dates, when flower demand spikes. We do take last-minute bookings — if the date is within 72 hours, WhatsApp us and we'll confirm crew availability the same day.
How long does setup take on the day of the event?
A home birthday or naming-ceremony setup takes 2–3 hours. Hall stage builds with florals take 4–6 hours, so we usually start early morning for a mid-day function. We always finish before your first guests arrive, and we clear everything the same night unless the venue allows next-morning teardown.
What do your decor packages include, and what starts at ₹8,000?
The Essentials package from ₹8,000 covers a balloon arch or themed backdrop, cake or welcome-table styling, setup and same-night teardown for gatherings up to about 50 guests. Can I book just decor, or do I have to take catering and photography too?
Any service can be booked on its own — balloon decoration, floral decor, stage builds, haldi and kitchen decor, catering, or a makeup artist. Bundling is simply cheaper: families who book decor and photography together save 15% on the combined quote and deal with one team and one invoice.
Do you travel outstation or outside Bengaluru city limits?
Yes. We cover all of Bengaluru and roughly 40 km around it — Nandi Hills, Devanahalli, Hoskote, Kanakapura Road and Bidadi — at no extra travel charge for most setups. For outstation dates like Mysore, Coorg, Chikmagalur or resort weddings further out, we quote transport and crew stay as separate visible lines; nothing is hidden inside the decor price.
Will the final bill match the quote you send?
Yes. You get a concept board and an itemised quote where every element is priced separately, so there is no bundling to hide margin. Nothing gets added on the day without your approval in writing on WhatsApp. Prices only move if you change the scope, guest count or venue after confirming.
What is the advance payment and cancellation policy?
We block the date against a booking advance, with the balance due on the day of the event. Flowers, fabric and printed props are ordered against that advance, so cancellations close to the date can only be refunded partially. Date changes are accommodated free wherever our crew is available on the new date.
Do you handle decor at apartment clubhouses and banquet halls with their own rules?
Regularly. We coordinate load-in timings, lift access, no-nail and no-adhesive rules, and sound or fire restrictions directly with the clubhouse or hall manager once you share their contact. Tell us the venue while enquiring and we'll design a setup that passes their rules the first time.
