What per-plate pricing really includes
A ₹450 plate is a standard South Indian meal with service staff and crockery. Live counters, dessert stations and premium non-veg move it towards ₹750–₹1,200. Order for the guests who show up
We plan on confirmed RSVP plus a 10% buffer rather than the invite list, and reconcile the actual plate count with you after the event. You pay for what was served.
