Full themed builds with entry arches, ceiling work and props run ₹9,000 to ₹18,000 depending on ceiling height and how much of the room you want covered. Booking window and how the day runs
We can install with as little as six hours' notice for the Surprise Room package if the date is open, but weekends in December, March and May book out two to three weeks ahead. On the day, the crew arrives 2–3 hours before your call time, carries everything up in one trip, installs, photographs the finished setup for you, and returns after the party to clear it. Apartment societies usually want a gate pass and a work slot — send us the society name and we handle the request directly with the facility desk.
What we need from you to quote in one message
Date, start time, area, the room or hall size, the age being celebrated, and one reference photo you like. That is enough for a fixed quote — no site visit needed for home setups. For clubhouse halls we ask for a photo of the stage wall so we can size the backdrop correctly.
