Price is driven by balloon count and install hours, not room size — a dense 8 ft garland costs more than a sparse 15 ft one.
Most home setups take 1.5 to 2.5 hours on site, and themed or full-room builds take 3 to 4 hours. We inflate off-site where we can and arrive 3 hours before your guest time. Air-filled balloons hold their shape for 2–3 days indoors; helium foil numbers float for about 12–18 hours, which is why we use weighted bases instead for daytime parties.
Bengaluru apartment associations almost never permit nails, drilling or adhesive tape on painted walls. Everything we build uses freestanding frames, command strips on tile, and weighted bases. Clubhouses usually give a 2-hour install window and expect takedown the same night — tell us the window when you enquire and we plan the design around it, not the other way round.
Balloon decor lives or dies in the photos. Keep the backdrop off the wall the light comes from, leave two feet of clearance behind the cake table so a photographer can move, and pick three tones maximum — more than that turns into noise on camera. If we shoot the party as well, the decor is designed to the frame and the decor line takes 15% off on the same quote.

How long do balloon decorations last?
Air-filled balloons hold shape for 2–3 days indoors. Helium foil numbers float roughly 12–18 hours, so for daytime parties we use weighted bases and air-filled mosaic frames instead.
Can you do same-day balloon decoration?
Often yes, if the crew is free. Standard notice is 24 hours; specific character themes need 3–4 days so props and printed cut-outs can be arranged.
Do you decorate in apartments without drilling?
Yes. Every setup uses freestanding frames, weighted bases and removable fixings, so nothing is drilled, taped to paint or left behind after takedown.
Do you clear the decor after the party?
Same-night takedown is included for clubhouse and hall bookings where the venue requires it. For home setups most families keep the decor up for a day or two and we collect the frames the next morning.
