In Bangalore, single-day candid photography is ₹45,000–₹65,000, photography plus a cinematic film is ₹85,000–₹1,25,000, and a two-day wedding with full crew is ₹1,45,000–₹2,10,000. Albums, drone and same-day teasers are priced as add-ons rather than bundled silently into a package name.
A package should state the number of functions covered, crew size (candid photographer, traditional photographer, cinematographer), drone and LED coverage, the number of retouched photographs, film length, album sheets, and delivery timelines. Compare those lines, not the package name — 'Premium' means something different at every studio.
Yes. We open a limited number of discounted dates each season under Wedding Stories — The Signature at ₹1,25,000 (regular ₹1,95,000) and The Legacy at ₹1,75,000 (regular ₹2,50,000). The crew, films and albums stay identical to the regular packages; only the date count is limited.
Our standard terms are 30% advance to block the date, 40% a week before the wedding, and 30% on delivery, with a GST invoice at each stage. We do not ask for full payment upfront, and every deliverable is written into the contract before the advance is paid.
Yes — travel, stay and an extra buffer day are added on top of the coverage fee. For weddings within a three-hour drive of Bengaluru, such as Nandi Hills or Bidadi, the addition is usually modest; for other states or overseas it is quoted per itinerary.
Traditional photography is posed and directed — family groups, stage portraits, ritual frames shot to be looked at straight on. Candid photography is unposed and reportage-style, following reactions and moments as they happen. Most Bangalore weddings need both, which is why our crews carry a traditional photographer and a candid photographer together.
Yes. The lead photographer and cinematographer are named in your contract before you pay the advance. We take a limited number of weddings each season specifically so that no couple is handed a substitute crew on the day.
A typical Bengaluru muhurtham day runs with one candid photographer, one traditional photographer and one cinematographer, plus a second cinematographer and drone operator for receptions and outdoor functions. Smaller functions such as Haldi or Mehendi are usually covered by a two-person team.
You can book any single function or the full sequence. Multi-function bookings are cheaper per function than booking them one at a time, because the same crew and the same edit pipeline carry across days.
Yes. Pre-wedding shoots in and around Bangalore start at ₹18,000 for a half-day city shoot, and engagement coverage is often added to the wedding package at a reduced rate when booked together.
We publish a venue guide for each Bengaluru venue we shoot at, covering the best light windows, where the mandap usually sits, drone feasibility and the frames that work in that space. Check your venue's page, and if it is not listed, send us the name — we will tell you honestly whether we have covered it.
Yes. Indoor Bengaluru banquet halls and convention centres usually need supplementary LED panels for video and fast prime lenses for stills. We carry both, and we do a lighting walkthrough of the hall before the function rather than improvising once guests arrive.
We fly drones only where the venue and local rules allow it. Resorts on the outskirts — Nandi Hills Road, Devanahalli, Kanakapura Road — are usually cleared easily; central Bengaluru venues near flight paths often are not. We confirm this with the venue during the recce, before it goes into your quote.
A named standby photographer and cinematographer of equal experience are held for every confirmed wedding date. Because we cap the number of weddings per season, the standby is a member of our own crew and not an outside freelancer.
Teasers are delivered within 7 days, edited photographs in 3–4 weeks, and cinematic films in 2–3 weeks. Albums are printed after you approve your image selection, which usually takes couples a couple of weeks.
A single wedding day typically yields 400–600 colour-graded photographs; a full multi-function wedding runs to 1,200 or more. Every delivered image is graded — we do not pad the count with near-duplicates.
No. We deliver colour-graded finals, which is what the portfolio you booked from is made of. Ungraded raw files misrepresent the work, and no professional studio in Bengaluru releases them as a standard deliverable.
All cameras record to dual card slots during the event, and everything is copied the same night to two separate drives. Your gallery also stays available in your online client area so you are never dependent on a single copy.
Book 6–9 months ahead for peak-season dates (November to February and April to May). Off-season dates can often be blocked 8–10 weeks ahead, though the discounted season dates go first.

Yes. We meet couples at our Bengaluru studio or on a video call, walk through one complete delivered wedding gallery end to end, and answer contract questions before any advance is discussed.
Dates rescheduled at least 60 days ahead are moved without a penalty when the new date is open. Cancellations forfeit the blocking advance, since the date is taken off our calendar the moment it is confirmed. All of it is written into the contract you sign.
