1. Inquiry & quote (within 6 hours)

Send your date, location, and rough timeline. We respond within 6 working hours with availability, a tailored quote, and 2–3 sample galleries that match your event type.

2. Recce & creative brief

For weddings and large events anywhere inside Bangalore, we do a free recce of the venue — checking ceiling height, natural light windows, ritual flow, and where the family elders will sit. For studio or single-location shoots we replace this with a 20-minute call.

3. Shoot day

We arrive 45–60 minutes early. Lead photographer + assistant + cinematographer (for video packages) operate in parallel — never asking guests to re-do moments. Coverage runs 8-10 hours.

4. Delivery

48-hour sneak peek → 2–3 week full gallery → 3–4 week cinematic film (if applicable) → 6–8 week printed album (if applicable). Every milestone is timestamped in your client portal.
