Privacy Policy

FrameFusion Photography ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire, book, or view our work, how we use it, and your rights under Indian law (including the DPDP Act, 2023). It complements our Terms & Conditions and Licensing & Usage.

• Enquiry data: Name, phone, email, event date/type, venue and message — submitted via our forms.
• Booking data: Billing details, address, ID for invoicing, and payment confirmation (we do not store full card or UPI credentials).
• Photo & video deliverables: Images and footage we capture during your booked event.
• Technical data: IP, device, browser, pages viewed — via cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to improve the site.
• Communication: Emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes related to your project.

• Respond to enquiries and send quotes (typically within 6 hours).
• Deliver the contracted shoot, edit and host your gallery.
• Send booking confirmations, payment reminders, delivery notifications and feedback requests.
• Showcase work in our portfolio, blog and social media — subject to the opt-outs in our Licensing & Usage page (the Privacy Add-On at ₹1,000–₹10,000 lets you fully or selectively opt out).
• Measure site performance and improve our services.

We do not sell personal data. We share limited information only with trusted processors needed to run our business:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Request that specific images of you be removed from public display via our Privacy Add-On.

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality, analytics (GA4), behaviour insights (Microsoft Clarity), and remarketing tags managed via Google Tag Manager. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features (like the client portal session) may not work without them.

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, row-level security on our database, and access controls on our client portal. While we follow industry best practices, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong password for the client portal and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

For shoots involving minors (newborn, baby shower, birthday), we rely on the consent of a parent or legal guardian for both the shoot and any subsequent use of imagery. Guardians may invoke the Privacy Add-On at any time.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage or notified by email to active clients.
