Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern every booking, shoot, and deliverable between you ("Client") and FrameFusion Photography ("we", "us"). Paying a retainer or signing a booking form confirms you've read and accepted these Terms along with our Licensing & Usage and Privacy Policy.

• A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the package value confirms your date. The date is held only after the retainer is received.
• The balance is due 3 days before the event, unless a custom schedule is agreed in writing.
• All quotes are valid for 14 days. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Outstation events incur travel, stay and per-diem charges, communicated upfront.

• The retainer is non-refundable as the date is blocked exclusively for you.
• Rescheduling once is free if requested at least 30 days before the event and subject to date availability.
• Cancellation within 15 days of the event: 50% of the package value becomes payable.
• Force-majeure rescheduling (illness, government restrictions, natural events) is honoured without penalty for up to 12 months.

• Sneak peeks: within 7 days of the event.
• Edited gallery: 30–45 days for events, 15 days for portrait shoots.
• Highlight film: 45–60 days. Full cinematic film: 60–90 days.
• Galleries remain available on our portal for 12 months from delivery. Please download/back up your files within this period.

Colour grading, selection, sequencing and music are part of our creative signature. We deliver edited files only — RAW/unedited files are not part of any package and are not released. Reasonable revision requests (skin retouching, removing accidental photobombs) are accommodated within the first 14 days of delivery.

Final deliverables are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We retain copyright and the right to display work in our portfolio, social media and marketing material. If you'd like to restrict publication or remove specific images from public display, please see our Licensing & Usage page — the Privacy Add-On (₹1,000–₹10,000) lets you opt-out fully or selectively. Commercial, brand or vendor use requires a separate license.

• You agree to provide a safe working environment and reasonable access for the team to capture key moments.
• Meals and a brief rest area are appreciated for shoots over 6 hours.
• We reserve the right to discontinue the shoot if the team faces harassment, threats or unsafe conditions. Payments remain non-refundable in such cases.

In the rare event of equipment failure, data loss or any unforeseen circumstance preventing partial/full delivery, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for missed moments caused by guests, venue restrictions or other vendors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
