For wedding bookings, we share availability + a custom quote in the first reply — no "let's hop on a call" dance. If you want a call after seeing the quote, we book a 20-minute slot the same week.

A useful first message saves 3–4 back-and-forth emails. Try to include:

• Date(s) — exact event dates, even if tentative.
• Type — wedding, pre-wedding, maternity, newborn, corporate, etc.
• Venue & area — name of the hotel or banquet hall + neighbourhood.
• Coverage you imagine — half day, full day, multi-day, or "I'm not sure, please recommend".
• Budget range (optional) — so we can match the right tier instead of throwing all four at you.

• Advance: 30% confirms the date. UPI, NEFT, IMPS, cards and net banking all accepted; GST invoice issued for every payment.
• Balance: 40% one week before the event, 30% on delivery.
• Reschedule: Free if requested 30+ days before. Within 30 days, a small admin fee applies. Advance stays valid 12 months.
• Cancellation: Partial refund (minus booking fee) if cancelled 60+ days out. Inside 60 days the advance is non-refundable but transferable to a future shoot within 12 months.
