Installing on discharge day
Discharge timings slip constantly, so we work to a key holder rather than a fixed handover — usually a parent or a neighbour lets us in and we are out before the family arrives. Tell us the hospital and we build in a buffer around the usual discharge window. If the discharge is pushed to the next day, we re-inflate the setup free of charge as long as the balloons are still in the flat.
Carrying the theme into the naming ceremony
Most families book the naming or cradle ceremony three to six weeks later. Booking both together saves about 20% because the props, cradle canopy and lighting move straight across, and we hold the same palette so the two sets of photos sit together in one album.
