For a partner surprise we work to a hard finish time and text a photo of the finished room so you know exactly what they will walk into. Our crew wears plain clothes, carries material in unmarked bags, and can enter through service lifts in most Bengaluru apartments. Give us the building name at booking and we will call security ahead so nobody phones upstairs to confirm.
